Tesla never launched the owner-vehicle 'Tesla Network' car-sharing service Musk described on the January 2020 earnings call. No such peer car-sharing product existed by end-2022; the only autonomous ride service to launch was Tesla's own company-owned robotaxi fleet in Austin in June 2025, which is not owner car sharing.
