What actually happened

Customers did not get FSD v12 in two weeks. Tesla pushed v12 to employees on November 24, 2023, but the customer rollout the question actually asked about only began with v12.3's wide release in March 2024 — roughly four months later. Asked on November 12, 2023 when customers could first try FSD v12 — the end-to-end neural-network rewrite demoed in Musk's August 2023 livestream — Musk replied 'About 2 weeks'. Employees got it on November 24, but customers waited until the v12.3 wide rollout in March 2024. One of the cleanest examples of Musk's notorious 'two weeks' unit of time.
