Distinct from #237 (catching the upper stage with the tower): this is the first reuse/reflight of a previously flown Ship. 'End of this year or early next' from Aug 20 2026 is a range; L10 uses the latest/most generous end, so deadline is end of Q1 2027 (2027-03-31).
