The fine print

Deadline keyed to the AI5 volume-production-in-2027 target (overlaps existing entry #86). The terawatt/year goal has no stated date. SpaceX acquired xAI Feb 2, 2026 — relevant corporate context. Restated on the Q2 2026 call (Jul 22 2026, ~1:00:32): an upgraded AI4 chip 'probably reaches production around the middle of next year,' and AI5 'hopefully is in volume production around the [middle] of next year,' initially going into Optimus — same 2027 volume target, so no goalpost move.
