What is Starlink's return policy?

Starlink's US terms: "You may return an undamaged, untampered and unmodified Starlink Kit and any accessories purchased on starlink.com within 30 days of the Payment Due Date for a full refund for any reason, including the inability to receive Services due to field-of-view issues." You also get the first month's service back. Shipping isn't refunded.

Is the Starlink 30-day trial free?

No. Starlink says it "is not a 30-day free trial but rather a trial of the Starlink hardware". You pay for the kit and the first month, and get both back if you return the kit in time.

When does the 30-day clock start?

At the payment due date: when you activate, or 7 days after delivery, whichever comes first. The window ends 30 days later.

How do I cancel Starlink?

Log in at starlink.com, open Your Subscription, choose Manage, then Cancel Service before 12:00 AM UTC on your billing day. Service stays on until the date you paid through. Unused days are not refunded.

How do I return Starlink?

Cancel the service and tick "I would like to return my hardware". Starlink emails a prepaid label. Kits bought from a retailer go back to that retailer.

Can I return a Starlink bought at Best Buy or Home Depot?
