Tesla Autopilot vs FSD (Supervised)

Autopilot keeps speed and lane; FSD (Supervised) also drives city streets, turns and lane changes, for $99 a month. Since 23 Jan 2026 new Model 3 and Model Y orders in North America get only cruise control as standard. Enhanced Autopilot sits between the two and is not offered on new Model 3 and Model Y orders.

Not on new Model 3 or Model Y orders in North America: since January 2026 buyers choose between cruise control only and the $99/mo FSD (Supervised) subscription (Electrek). Cars that already have EAP keep it, and their owners can add FSD (Supervised) for $49/mo (Notebookcheck).
